Welcome to the Manchester Branch page!
We are an affiliate branch of the UK's leading shared parenting charity, Families Need Fathers.
We provide help, advice and support for those that are dealing with children's matters before, during and after relationship breakdown. All are welcome - be they mothers, fathers or grandparents.
There is no cost for attending our meetings although we encourage everyone to make a donation towards running costs. We also request visitors to consider becoming members of FNF to help our organisation to keep going in especially difficult times for all.
Location & Time
We have two meetings each month, we meet at 7:00pm on the first Wednesday of every month at The Friends Meeting Place on Mount Street. Please check the Upcoming Events for any last-minute changes.
And at 7:00pm the third Tuesday of every month at Suite 3 - Gibfield Enterprise Centre,1 Gibfield Park Avenue, Atherton, Manchester, M46 0SU. Please check the Upcoming Events for any last-minute changes.
If you have any queries, please contact Charles on 07756 679 994. Please do not contact the venue as they will not be able to help you.
All matters are discussed in complete confidence under the Chatham House Rule.
At meetings attendees are given the opportunity to explain their own situation and circumstances. Experienced members, and often Solicitors/Barristers who give their time for free, offer advice. The meeting tends to concentrate on the legal issues of a situation and general support and advice takes place after the meeting. If it is your first time we ask that you bring any legal paperwork that may relate to your situation.
