Top Fundraisers Phil Evans

Fund-racing from Land's End to John O'Groats

In an epic journey, reminiscent of the family courts, from Land’s End to John O’Groats, Phil Evans raised over £900 for FNF. A member and father, Phil cycled the length of the country in the heat of mid-summer alongside 11 other members of the Port Talbot Wheelers Cycling Club. He raced north in little over a week, regularly travelling over a hundred miles a day and exceeding his fundraising target. We are very grateful for such a brilliant sum that Phil raised quickly, simply and safely using Just Giving - an online service which has the added bonus of automatically collecting Gift Aid, adding an extra 28% to every penny donated. Families Need Fathers has an account with Just Giving, which is at the disposal of FNF members, their friends, families and supporters. If you would like to find out about using Just Giving to support a fundraising project, please e-mail colin.ewin@fnf.org.uk. Great work Phil!
