Navigating child arrangements amid COVID-19 concerns

The COVID-19 outbreak and the lockdown announcement created a series of new concerns for parents, especially those who are already struggling to spend time with their children.

Gatherings have been cancelled or postponed, schools are closing and many businesses have had to close their doors until further notice.

Wherever possible, parents should stick to agreed child arrangements ensuring everyone’s safety and limiting the spread of Covid-19.

We have put together a Guidance document for non-resident parents which will be regularly updated.
