Note: The legal aspects of these will be likely to focus on US legislation and processes, however, the main behavioural matters are likely to be very relevant. Please note too that in the UK we refer to alienating behaviours unlike the US which recognises the concept 'Parental Alienation Syndrome' (PAS). PAS is not recognised in the UK as a 'syndrome'.
